AG-One was started by Robert Matthews a 27 year veteran of California
Law Enforcement. Sgt. Robert Matthews (retired) formed and supervised
the state's most effective Ag crime unit. Under his supervision the unit
recovered millions of dollars of stolen property and arrested hundreds of
criminal suspects. After decades of law enforcement, one thing that
became very apparent was the need for private security to prevent
unneeded loss of property and injury caused by criminal acts. In 1995,
Sgt Matthews joined A.S.I.S. (American Society of industrial Security)
and learned the techniques of security management and loss prevention.
One of the keys to any professional security company is the caliber of
